Order Processing & Dispatch - Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order.

Delivery Timeframes - We deliver pan-India using reliable courier partners. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may experience slight delays, but we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Charges - Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A minimal shipping fee applies to orders below this amount (calculated at checkout).

Address & Delivery Issues - Please provide an accurate address and contact number to avoid delays. In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Nuttu Kaka, we take great care to ensure you receive fresh, high-quality products. Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
